Hair must be at least 1/8 inch long, but an ideal length would be 1/4 inch. The longer the hair, the more likely it has all grown to approximately the same length, so it can all be removed without any stray patches of hair being left behind. If you’re a shaver, you should wait at least 3 weeks after using your razor or else the hair will be too short. Gently exfoliate your skin a day or two before waxing, but skip harsh scrubs the day of your waxing appointment.
Be advise to discontinue use of retinol products for 2 weeks, use of Accutane (6-8 months), prescribed medical creams, no chemical peels 48 - 72 hours PRIOR to appointment as these can cause thinning of your skin which will result in skin lifting.
