An approximate 60 minute assessment of your health concerns, health goals, doshic intake, and in-depth dietary and lifestyle evaluation. You will receive your recommendations via email within a week and will be offered a 20 minute telephone follow up to go over any questions or clarifications you may have about your recommendations.
