FAQ

  • How often should I get a facial?

A: You can do as little as monthly or once a week.  Depending on your skincare goals we can go over your treatment plan.


  • How do I Book an Appointment?

A: All new guests can book by clicking the booking button. They will be taken to our online booking system.  A 50% deposit is required to hold your appointment, and your information is needed to book your spot. Please note, if you miss or are a no-show you forfeit the deposit.​


  • Should I have a facial before an important event?

A: Absolutely! Your skin will look healthy and glowing directly after your service.

Additionally, if you will be having a makeup service, your skin will be a clean and smooth canvas for flawless application!

You should book 7-14 days in advance so that your skin can recover and look its best.

  • May I have a waxing service during my facial?

A: Yes. This is no problem to accommodate. The only exception will be any contraindications you identify in your client consultation form.

  • How should I prepare before my facial?

A: Please note the current products that you use at home (take a picture if possible).  We would like to know what you are currently using to better prepare the proper treatment and advice for home care.

Do not shave (male clients) this will prevent any skin sensitivity during your facial.

POLICY

  • What is your cancellation policy?

A: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, this is used to hold your appointment. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking.

There is a 15 minute grace period, should you "no show" your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is NON-Refundable. Therefore, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early. If you are late we reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so within 24-48 hours through your appointment confirmation link or your account.

If you do not call or "no-show" your appointment is considered canceled, and you will NOT be able to transfer your deposit to "reschedule" your appointment.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. You will receive both a text and email when your appointment is booked. Please make sure to check your email and be aware of any emails coming from RTS Beauty Co. There is an automated email appointment reminder that will go out 48 hours before your scheduled appointment as well as an automated text reminder that will go out 24 hours before your appointment.


  • What if I paid by Gift Card and miss my appointment?

A: If you paid by a Gift Card, the Gift Card will be considered redeemed and voided on the date of your appointment. -NO Refunds-


  • Are Children allowed?

A: Children under the age of 12 MAY NOT wait in the lobby unless they are supervised by an adult and are NOT allowed in the treatment room.


NOTE: Cell phones will not be used during your service.
