A: You can do as little as monthly or once a week. Depending on your skincare goals we can go over your treatment plan.
A: All new guests can book by clicking the booking button. They will be taken to our online booking system. A 50% deposit is required to hold your appointment, and your information is needed to book your spot. Please note, if you miss or are a no-show you forfeit the deposit.
A: Absolutely! Your skin will look healthy and glowing directly after your service.
Additionally, if you will be having a makeup service, your skin will be a clean and smooth canvas for flawless application!
You should book 7-14 days in advance so that your skin can recover and look its best.
A: Yes. This is no problem to accommodate. The only exception will be any contraindications you identify in your client consultation form.
A: Please note the current products that you use at home (take a picture if possible). We would like to know what you are currently using to better prepare the proper treatment and advice for home care.
Do not shave (male clients) this will prevent any skin sensitivity during your facial.
A: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, this is used to hold your appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period, should you "no show" OR arrive after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, your appointment is cancelled and your deposit is NON-Refundable. Therefore, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so within 24-48 hours through your appointment confirmation link or your account.
If you do not call or "no-show" your appointment is considered canceled, and you will NOT be able to transfer your deposit to "reschedule" your appointment.
A: If you paid by a Gift Card, the Gift Card will be considered redeemed and voided on the date of your appointment. -NO Refunds-
A: Children under the age of 12 MAY NOT wait in the lobby unless they are supervised by an adult and are NOT allowed in the treatment room.
