I first met Regina at Ulta Beauty in Waldorf MD to purchase some items , and came across Regina at the Facial booth at the rear of the store. I decided to treat myself to to a facial. She was very professional and knowledgeable about skin care, and she listened to my concerns. She also gave me tips on how to care for my skin after my visit. I am officially addicted. I have been experiencing hair loss for a long time. A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to speak with Regina at RTS Beauty Co. to discuss the scalp treatment procedures she provides.
